Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengagendakan pemeriksaan terhadap 2 anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) yakni, Alamudin Dimyati Rois dari Fraksi PKB dan A. Bakrie HM dari Fraksi PAN, hari ini, Selasa (09/08). Keduanya dimintai keterangan sebagai saksi terkait penyidikan kasus suap proyek jalan di Maluku.
Plh Kabiro Humas KPK Yuyuk Andriati, Selasa, mengatakan, kedua saksi akan diperiksa untuk melengkapi berkas perkara dari tersangka Amran Hi Mustary, Kepala Badan Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN) IX Maluku dan Maluku Utara. “Diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk tersangka AHM,” terang Yuyuk.
Kasus suap ini merupakan pengembangan penyidikan dari kasus yang menjerat politisi PDIP, Damayanti Wisnu Putranti. Dalam dakwaan atas Direktur PT Windu Tunggal Utama (PT WTU) Abdul Khoir, terungkap bahwa Abdul membagi-bagikan Rp455 juta untuk beberapa anggota Komisi V DPR saat melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Maluku Tengah.
Abdul menyebar uang itu melalui tangan Amran selaku Kepala Badan Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN) IX.
Penuntut umum menyebut, uang itu disebarkan dengan tujuan agar anggota Komisi V DPR mengikuti kunjungan kerja menyalurkan program aspirasinya, untuk pembangunan atau rekonstruksi jalan di Maluku atau Maluku Utara, serta Amran dapat menunjuk PT WTU sebagai pemenang lelangnya.
